• The reservation date you select (Tuesday or Thursday)

• Card package selection
• Whether you plan to wear Gentle Ben gear and bring canned goods for the food drive
• Any optional notes you choose to include

We do not collect financial information, social security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through our reservation system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

• To reserve and confirm your seat at our weekly bingo events
• To send you a one-time SMS confirmation of your reservation
• To send you occasional reminders about your upcoming reservation
• To contact you if there is a change, cancellation, or issue affecting your reservation
• To track attendance, seat availability, and food bank donation participation
• To improve our event operations and customer service

3. SMS Messaging

By providing your mobile number on our reservation form, you consent to receive one-time transactional SMS messages from Gentle Ben Bingo Night related to your reservation. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect your ability to attend a reservation you have already made.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only with the following service providers, and only as needed to operate our reservation system:

• Twilio, Inc. — to deliver SMS reservation confirmations and reminders
• Supabase, Inc. — to securely store reservation data
• Lovable, Inc. — to host and operate our reservation web application

These providers are contractually required to handle your information securely and only for the purposes described above.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our business, customers, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain reservation information for up to 12 months for operational and recordkeeping purposes. After that period, reservation records are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us using the information below.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP
• Withdraw consent at any time
