1. The Service

Gentle Ben Bingo Night ("we," "us," or "our") operates a weekly bingo event held every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:30 PM. Our website allows customers to reserve seats in advance, view available dates, and receive an SMS confirmation of their reservation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. By submitting a reservation, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Reservation Policy

• Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each session has a fixed capacity of 90 seats. Once a session is fully booked, reservations for that date are closed.
• A reservation guarantees you a seat for the date and time you select. It does not include the cost of bingo cards.
• Bingo cards are purchased at the door. Pricing: $5 per card or 5 cards for $20.
• The free bonus card promotion requires you to (a) purchase the 5 for $20 bundle, (b) wear Gentle Ben branded gear (shirt, hoodie, or hat), and (c) bring three canned goods for the food drive. All three conditions must be met to qualify.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you cannot attend a reservation, please let us know in advance so we can release your seat to another customer. Reservations are non-transferable. We do not charge a fee for cancellations or no-shows, but repeated no-shows may result in restriction from future reservations.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us related to your reservation, including confirmation messages and reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. For help, reply HELP.

6. Conduct at the Event

To keep Gentle Ben Bingo Night fun and welcoming for everyone, we ask that attendees:

• Treat staff and other guests with respect.
• Follow the instructions of the caller and event hosts.
• Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behavior.
• Comply with all applicable laws while on the premises.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose conduct interferes with the enjoyment or safety of other guests, without refund of any amounts paid.

7. Food Drive Participation

The canned-goods donation supports the food drive. Donations are voluntary, except where they are required to qualify for the free bonus card promotion. All donated items must be unexpired, non-perishable, and in their original sealed packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

The Gentle Ben Bingo Night name, logo, branding, and website content are owned by us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our reservation system and events are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free SMS delivery, or specific outcomes from event participation. Bingo games are games of chance; we make no representation about your likelihood of winning.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentle Ben Bingo Night and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, your participation in our events, or any failure to receive an SMS message. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your reservation will not exceed $20.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brazoria County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our reservation service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
